What the fee establishes

A working
foundation.

Not a strategy deck. A customer-owned environment, documented rules, tested use cases, trained people, and a written acceptance gate.

01 · Workspace

Customer owned

One business AI workspace selected and configured inside accounts and licenses your business controls.

02 · Rules

Explicit permissions

Roles, access, approval, retention, and offboarding rules are documented before useful work begins.

03 · Context

Reviewed knowledge

A Company Context Pack gives the workspace useful operating context without pretending every record belongs in AI.

04 · Proof

Two use cases

Customer-selected, CHUMOS-validated use cases are tested against agreed real examples.

05 · People

Training included

The owner and designated employees learn how to use the environment and when to stop or escalate.

06 · Gate

Written acceptance

Nothing is treated as live until the owner confirms the acceptance checklist.

Clock

7–10 business-day target

The clock starts after the readiness checklist is complete and kickoff occurs. This is a target, not a guarantee.

Outside scope

Quoted before work

Tenant remediation, identity or licensing changes, migrations, third-party IT work, and requested changes outside scope require written approval and separate pricing.

The customer pays platform licenses directly. Taxes, if applicable, are additional. Ordinary local travel within the service area is included.

Start with control.
