Website Terms

Effective date: September 23, 2026

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass its security, gain unauthorized access or submit another person’s sensitive information.

Information, not a project agreement

This site explains CHUMOS’s current offers. A project starts under a separate written agreement defining the deliverable, price, acceptance tests, responsibilities, timing, cancellation and refund arrangements. Illustrative examples are not claims of client results. Feasibility depends on actual software, access, data and qualified delivery capacity; business or financial results are not guaranteed.

Three levels of work

Workflow Setup is $2,500 for one human-operated task, one office team of up to five users and one existing platform. It includes native configuration, an AI helper when useful, 10 test cases, two working sessions, written instructions and a seven-day follow-up. Staff review and manually transfer information. Automatic app-to-app movement, APIs, custom apps, migrations and website services are excluded.

Connected Workflow is $7,500–$12,000 for one supported official-connector handoff, after plan, action and technical verification. Production Workflow starts at $18,000 for one custom/API workflow after qualified technical preflight. Their separate scopes identify controls, testing, recovery and handover. No unsupported connection or delivery date is promised before this review. Full details appear in pricing.

Payment, readiness and corrections

Workflow Setup is paid before the reserved start and targets five business days after access, examples and staff availability are ready. Connected and Production projects use 60% at kickoff and 40% at written acceptance unless the signed scope states otherwise. Dates, customer dependencies and payment milestones are confirmed in writing.

We include 30 days to correct delivered work that does not meet the agreed acceptance criteria. New features, changed customer systems, additional users or materially different inputs are reviewed for separate scope, price and schedule. Extra work begins only after written approval. Customer software, connector licenses, AI usage, applicable taxes and extra travel are separately identified; software is normally paid directly by the customer.

Optional care

Care starts after acceptance and the 30-day defect-correction period. It is optional, billed monthly in advance, with 30 days’ cancellation notice under the written agreement. Unused time does not roll over. New workflows, migrations, major changes and after-hours coverage are excluded and quoted separately.

  • Setup Care — $350/month: one accepted human-operated setup; email support, one small adjustment, updated instructions and a quarterly 30-minute results review, within one founder hour per month.
  • Connected Care — $750/month: one accepted official-connector workflow; basic monitoring, support and bounded changes, up to 1.5 technical hours per month.
  • Production Care — $2,000/month: one accepted custom/API workflow; defined monitoring, exception review, support and monthly operating review, up to four technical hours per month.
  • Operations Care — $3,000/month: up to three accepted workflows in one environment; six technical hours total per month, adoption review and prioritized operating review.

Support coverage and acknowledgment targets are defined in the agreement. Acknowledgment is not guaranteed restoration. Care does not promise uninterrupted vendor services or 24/7 support. Substantial remediation after a vendor change may require a separate quote.

Ownership and third-party services

You control your accounts and data and may self-manage after handover. Your agreement identifies the configuration, code, documentation and applicable ownership or usage rights. Third-party tools and licenses remain subject to their own terms; pre-existing reusable materials are not automatically transferred. Using this website does not transfer CHUMOS content or brand rights.

People remain responsible

AI-assisted work uses only the agreed inputs, tools and destinations. Authorized staff review facts and approve prices, schedules, purchases and customer messages. Missing or uncertain information goes to a person. Sensitive regulated work, high-risk autonomous decisions and unattended payments or purchases are outside the starting offer. The security approach explains access, tests, manual fallback and handover.
